3 WAYS TO MAKE A RETURN

1. SHOW A MOBILE QR CODE

Our easiest option. Mail your return—no printing required.

1. Go to our Returns Form or your Order History and choose Return by QR Code.

2. Head to your nearby FedEx location and show your QR code. They'll take care of the rest.

2. PRINT YOUR LABEL

Mail your return by printing your own prepaid label.

1. Go to our Returns Form or your Order History to download and print your label and return slip.

2. Pack up your return with the return slip inside and drop it off at your nearby FedEx location.

3. VISIT A STORE

Make a return in-person for a faster refund.

Bring your return to your local Saks Fifth Avenue store with your store receipt or order number(s) handy. Need to make an exchange? We’re happy to help you find the right item.



OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items also cannot be returned or exchanged.

For free return shipping, initiate your return within 14 days of delivery. For returns initiated after 14 days, a $9.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or barcodes, and only include items from the same order. If returning via a QR code, bring your return to a FedEx or participating partner location, not a drop box. If you printed your return shipping label, you can drop off your return at any FedEx or participating partner location or FedEx drop box.

We offer price adjustments within 7 days of the purchase date for full-price items. If you see an item on sale after paying the original price, you can submit a price adjustment request online.

Non-U.S. customers can easily make an international return, too.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.

HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number(s) can be found in your shipping confirmation email or in your Order History.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?

Go to our Returns Form to start your gift return and have the order number handy. The order number is included on the gift note inside your package.

WHAT IS A MOBILE QR CODE?

When you start your return and choose Return by QR Code, you’ll receive a mobile QR code via email. You’ll then show your QR code on your phone at a FedEx or participating partner location, and they'll scan your code to print your prepaid shipping label.

HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?

You can track the status of your return via your return confirmation email or by plugging in your tracking number (included on your FedEx receipt) at fedex.com. You’ll receive an email when your return has been processed and when we begin issuing your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns can take 10 to 14 business days to process, and refunds to your original form of payment can take up to one additional week.
